Exchange and Returns
Follow these steps to return or exchange your order:
1. REGISTER THE EXCHANGE
Within 14 days of receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the preferred return method.
You can only exchange an item for a different size, not a different item.
2. PACK
Pack your items (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging with the packing slip included. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Clearly write the barcode on the package.
3. SEND
Take your package to a drop-off point within 3 working days of initiating the return.
4. REFUND
Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 14 working days.
